We provide a space for students to grow as athletes. Our programs focus on strength and endurance while building self-confidence and self-esteem. We focus on team building and ensure students are ready for their sport when the season starts.

COSTS: R250-R300 per hour

STUDENT PRE-SEASON TRAINING

We provide a space for employees where they can take control of their health and return to work happier and healthier with cost effective exercise classes. Instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, energetic and committed to teaching safe and effective classes.

Our classes include: - Kickboxing - Bootcamp - Pilates and may include the use of skipping ropes, medicine balls, slam balls, weighted bars, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.

COSTS: R300-R400 per hour

CORPORATE GROUP CLASSES

This is for the people who want the most for their rands. Done from my house or yours. Face to face coaching that is perfect for the gym newbies or the experienced athlete. This includes a custom eating plan, workout plan based on your goals, bi-weekly weigh ins and measurements.

COSTS: R280-R320 per hour

ONE ON ONE

Run your way to health, we will help you go the distance. Customized eating plans, one on one and online support, runners guidance and coaching. Let us assist you with season planning, race day strategies and more.

RUNNING COACH

Individual training developed based on your long term goals. 1 hour sessions. Bring a buddy along or one will be provided for you. This training is restricted to a maximum of 2 people. Includes bi-weekly measurements, progress photos, fitness assessments and custom eating plans.

COSTS: R250-R300 per hour

BUDDIES & PARTNERS

For the self-motivated but not the faint hearted. Individual custom fitness program designed based on your goals. For either home or gym. Weekly feedback sessions over email, whatsapp or Skype. This program also includes a custom designed eating plan.

COSTS: R1500 PER MONTH

ONLINE

I’m sure you’ve heard the quote by now. 80% diet, 20% training. The lifestyle package focuses on developing you an eating plan that is sustainable and easy. No weighing of portions or restricting food groups. This package includes weekly check ins for a month and includes a weigh in chart as well as a food diary spread sheet to help you stay on track no matter your goals.

COSTS: R500 per month

LIFESTYLE

Gives you the extra encouragement you need to get up and active. The group classes are filled with like minded people who are all out to reach their goals. Fitness groups hold you accountable and keeps you more disciple and focused than exercising on your own. The training sessions are fun and effective with guaranteed results. There are several classes available in the Weirda Park area

COSTS: R320 per month - 2 x per week
