8 WEEK BODY & MIND TRANSFORMATION

Often while on our journeys our paths can change. Maybe you get busy, maybe you go back to old ways, or you could have simply forgotten the basics or stopped implementing them. We are naturally so hard on ourselves but the truth is that we mostly just lack the key fundamentals to get us started. Creating routines and developing habits is crucial on your journey and I promise you that if you can get those right you can absolutely prosper. 8 weeks is a really small amount of time towards a goal that may seem like a huge weight on your shoulders right now.
I understand that not everyone can maintain their good habits on their own forever but building them up again when you need the accountability is crucial. For that reason I have developed a new program just for you called “Stay Lean”.
Stay Lean will now become a ‘maintenance program’ once you at least understand the fundamental principles but have just stopped implementing.
Tracking calories, eating your protein, doing your steps, drinking your water etc.

She has put together a workbook that you can complete anytime throughout the 8 weeks however I would recommend getting on top of it soon so you can implement everything you learn.
